Stayed for the second time at this hotel for 2 weeks. Seaview rooms are lovely and hotel is perfectly located for access to all beaches, main squares/restaurants etc. Food in hotel is good standard. Staff (many the same a year later - good sign) are really helpful & friendly. Roof top terrace is great for snacks/drinks/cocktails. Will definitely be back again.

The most interesting building in town. Sitting on my first floor Terrace I saw mini mini people walking by looking up and pointing at the moving metal pieces that look like scales on the outside of the building. The balcony was perfect. My room was perfect. The staff at check-in and in the breakfast area and rooftop we’re all the most courteous kind and professional staff I have ever dealt with in my decades of traveling. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would do differently is to bring my wife with me the next time. The hotel is that good. The location is spectacular as well. You can watch the surf break on the rocks below and listen to it all day long if you wish. Fantastic location. The nicest hotel because of location and staff that I have ever visited.

I spent a week as a solo traveler at the Silken Saaj Maar in Puerto de la Cruz. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Communication in English worked fine, and some staff members also spoke a little German and also didn’t hesitate to practice it for themselves, which I think is so nice and important in this industry! No interaction seemed forced or unauthentic; rather very authentic and close to the guests. The meals (breakfast and dinner) always seemed very freshly prepared. The amount of choice was just right, and there was something for everyone. When I reported an issue about my balcony door that didn‘t close anymore, someone was dispatched to fix it within half an hour. The rooms were very clean upon arrival and were thoroughly cleaned every day. I didn't get along well with the duvet, but that shouldn't have an influence on the overall rating, as this is a matter of personal preference. I particularly liked the small beach right in front of the hotel. There was also a free parking space for my rental car just a 10-minute walk from the hotel - always plenty of space. Shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies were also all within a 200-meter radius. I was also very pleased with the efforts made on my birthday for breakfast, with cake, a birthday song, and a glass of champagne! So thank you very much to the staff for making this stay unforgettable and this much needed getaway to a very relaxing experience!

Be careful when booking here. The rooms don’t have proper windows. Just a pseudo-window turned toward insight. So it’s a perfect place if you want to spend your vacation with zero daylight. Also you have to park around 1km away

I cant event begin to describe how amazing this place is! we got the silken club corner room on the fourth floor, the room was huge and very well designed. in the room we had robes and slippers, and many other necessities, honestly not falling short of a full on 5-star hotel! The balcony had an amazing view on the whole bay with beautiful sunset (and somehow also sunrises). the breakfast was indeed repetitive but you'll have it everywhere if you stay long enough. luckily they had a very large selection on everything so you can eat differently everyday. the hotel's spa amenities were fun and relaxing as well, make sure to take advantage of the 20 minutes welcome massage! the only down side that theres absolutely no car access to the hotel so you'll have to carry your suitcases for quiet some distance not matter where you park. We parked in the free public parking recommended by one of the team members and is was fine.
Loved this resort, comfy sunbeds. Let others know by writing a review and adding photos from your day.
