Sandy Beach

Chiringuito Pepe y Carmen is a long-running beach restaurant on Los Álamos beach in Torremolinos, on the promenade opposite the Hotel Puente Real. It stands a few metres from the shoreline, with a fully glazed indoor dining room that looks out to sea all year and a terrace on the sand.

The kitchen specialises in fresh fish, sardine espetos, paellas including seafood and carabinero rice, and wild bluefin tuna from the Strait of Gibraltar, which is butchered in front of diners in live ronqueo sessions. Dishes for coeliacs are available, and the wine list draws on leading Spanish appellations. The restaurant also organises private events, family gatherings and company meals. Los Álamos is one of the four official beaches of Torremolinos, with dark sand.
