Absolutely perfect stay at this stunning hotel. The food was unbelievable and as a vegan I had so much choice, with different menus each day, as the wonderful chef came and spoke to me on the first day to find out what I liked! All the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was the the most relaxing and luxurious holiday I have ever had. Thank you Eagles Palace.

We had an amazing time at Eagle Palace but the credit to this goes to the wonderful staff! We travelled for a family holiday to the resort but as vegetarians who also do not eat egg, we were worried whether we would have suitable food options. Our worries were unnecessary because Dimitris (guest relations) met us on the very first day who liaised with the chefs and supported us throughout the trip! Thank you Dimitris! Asterios (the head chef) made the effort of showing us what we could eat out at the Buffet at Melathron everyday and many of the days also made special dishes for us upon our request! The food was exceptional! A lovely gentleman, who is always jolly and puts a smile on everyone’s face! Ioanna, Christos & Evie (the pastry chefs) made amazing desserts for us without egg and we truly appreciate all the wonderful delicacies they made for us including carrot cake, apple tart, a special chocolate birthday cake with almond milk which was incredible! We were served by various waiting staff but a special mention for Elisavet & Konstantina who worked incredibly hard for us! Theano & George very warmly welcomed us into the buffet restaurant Melathron everyday! Athina & Stella were two staff who served us at the Beach Bar Ammos- where Athina served us amazing smoothies and Stella delicious ice creams! Both ladies were incredible and we are grateful for their generosity in taking care of us! A mention of Antonia, Vasi Liki & Barbara for their incredible work as the cleaning staff who cleaned our rooms every day! Thank you for your hard work! The resort very kindly provided us with an excursion to visit a local winery which Tony, Dimitis & Phillipos took us to! It was amazing to see Phillipos, the general manager take an interest in making sure this was a good experience for their guests and was very warm and friendly to chat to throughout our stay! Some constructive feedback through: - the food at the winery had meat mixed in with vegetarian food, we recommend it is kept separate - wine excursion was good, but too much time was spent cutting grapes and hence the final wine tasting was rushed and due to the time limit, were unable to try the red wine - The swimming pools were all cold (at Eagle Palace & Villas - indoor & outdoor), suggest the pools should be heated - The rooms didn’t feel 5 star, perhaps 4/4.5 mainly due to the room tubs which slightly awkwardly set up in both our rooms, water spills in the bathroom floor every time someone takes a shower but any lacking here was made up by the fantastic hospitality of the staff - Suggest increased vegetarian options in the buffets and a la carte restaurants - Suggest vegetarian foods are kept in a separate section in the buffet to avoid cross-contamination with meat The beach & facilities were great including the pool, spa and jacuzzi! The pool facilities were stunning in Eagle Villas whose facilities we were also able to use as residents at Eagle Palace! Overall: amazing staff, exceptional food and great facilities! Definitely a fantastic stay! Would I go back - ABSOLUTELY!

Our 2 day stay (in September) in Eagle's Palace was marvellous! We really enjoyed the territory, location, beach, food. The staff service was exceptional, thanks to Stella (bar girl), staff speaks english and there were NO russians there (a real important thing for ukrainian people now)! Thank you, we will definitely come back ;)

Beautiful hotel on a private sandy beach. The welcome was delightful and the front desk staff fantastic. The rooms were a little smaller than average, especially with two children in a "sleeps four" room. Bathroom was lovely and beds comfortable though. Pool simple but clean, and the beach was lovely. We spent "lazy" day here as there were very few sunbeds available at the pool. Biggest gripe is the food. It was extremely difficult to book into the a la carte restaurants, with only 9-10pm as an option for many restaurants, which is unreasonable with children (not to mention we wouldn't do that to other diners!). The restaurants were very expensive compared to local standards, which felt quite grabby. The wine, while expensive, was very nice indeed. Evening entertainment, when happening, was nice. There is no easy way to walk/run in the local area, you are dependent on taxi/hotel shuttle, or walking along the main road, so you are quite the captive market. Lovely wine tour booked through the hotel, equally lovely boat tours arranged directly in Ouranoupolis.

Great hotel with everything you could need, especially good if you're holidaying with small children. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food was great and the beach was lovely. Will definitely come back.
