awesome location and views. can see the snow capped mt teide from the balcony. didn't have breakfast myself but from what I saw, it was lovely. rooms are clean and well designed. overall it was a relaxing atmosphere, quiet, perfect place for rest.

This place is truly paradise! I enjoyed every minute of my stay here, from the views (even though we arrived in the middle of a storm haha), to the amazing breakfast ! Everyone we spoke was super nice with us and gave us nice spot to eat! I would defo come back here if I get to come back to Tenerife!

The location and the view are absolutely incredible. Our stay felt like a dream. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

The best views!! We stayed 2 nights here , it was a great place I felt very happy and relaxed! The decor Is cool it’s an interesting place. Views are out of this world. A close walk for swimming in the ocean pool, restaurants and supermarket, we also did a hike without taking the car it’s a great location for exploring

We were looking forwarding to staying in the small villa which is indeed VERY stylish. The views incl. sunsets are amazing! The girl at the breakfast was very friendly. Parking right in front of the house was no problem for us. However, there is a lot of room for improvement unfortunately, if you want this to be a real hotel: There is noone in the house. Because no one welcomes you, you are flooded with information (very long text messages and PDF) beforehand. You have to decide on your breakfast the day before and put your menu in the kitchen downstairs at night, to make their lives easier, not yours. The atmosphere is strange since all windows are open (safety?) and it is completely empty. No towels for the pool around, and no one to ask. Nowhere to put your stuff in the room - might be okay for 1 night but not if you stay longer. Our superior room on the top has a terrace that is shared, so you cannot leave the door open in the night. The shutter did not work and there is constant noise. Hair on the floor. Everything is a bit worn down if you have a closer look (permanent brown stains in the shower floor). No AC (fine in autumn, but in summer?). The toilet flush does not work properly. Breakfast only starts at 9am, what if you need to leave early? The town does not have a character either and looks like a ghost town - nowhere good to go for food, you need to take the car if you have some standards. As said, the atmosphere is not welcoming and the value for money is completely off. We asked for a refund of our second night which was unfortunately not possible but we left anyway. The island is reasonably price so you can easily find a great hotel at around the same price. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, as you fly all the way to this island to have good time in your well-deserved holiday.
