Enjoyed my stay overall. I’m glad a had done research on the hotel so I knew what to expect. I knew that the towels were only changed once a week and thought it would be fine but it did bother me. I would have liked an extra towel also. It’s a pity you have to pay extra for this service that I really think should be included. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Plenty of sun loungers and public areas clean. Internet a bit hit and miss.

Very nice hotel with nice people and good food. Very clean. I think all the rooms have seaview. The landscape is very nice. from the balcony. Situated at 1h30 by car from the El Teide (beautiful views, you need to see it) 30min/car from Siam, 20 minutes/car from beautiful beaches as El Duque, Las Americas (my kids favourite - clean, perfect waves, amazing sparkling black sand) Clean rooms, nice pool (a bit chilly but very good for the skin 😄 and you adapt after few minutes, you have to try it. Also lot of place for the sun bath). The staff is very nice and speaks very good english. We went here between 18-25 february. The meteo is PERFECT. 23-30 degrees. Mostly 22-24 during the day. The hotel is 1h30 from Loro Parque (must see this) Very good infrastructure, you can go by car whenever you want, the way is good and clean and the landscapes are breathtaking. Tenerife is one of our favourite destination now and the hotel Oña Alborada made this vacation perfect. Thank you to all the staff!

The staff is very nice. Let’s start with the rooms:the bed from the living room is very uncomfortable and it is hard to sleep on. The bed from our room was comfortable and very soft. The blanket had a little crack. I’ll show you the photo. They don’t clean every day but they do clean every 7 days. Overall, the breakfast was 10/10. Rooms were large. Hotel inside smelled fresh and clean and staff were very friendly. There was a smell of drainage outside, but normal in spanish lactations. Pool was lovely and beside a beach and lovely costal walk. Perfect spot for the relaxing holiday we wanted. The area was quiet , but we visited in January off peak. There is a bus stop (bus takes card) outside that is 30min to Los Cristianos of you want a bit more of a night/day out.

The apartments themselves are nice, spacious, and offer a good view, which is the main positive aspect of this hotel. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The staff and management were among the worst I’ve experienced. Cleaning is done only once a week, and even then it only includes changing towels and bed sheets, there is no vacuum cleaning at all. For two people, they provide only one hand towel, and if you want extra towels or clean ones, you have to pay for them. In fact, the hotel charges extra for almost everything, even for storing your luggage! Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Despite the room being ready earlier, they refused to allow early check-in. This behavior felt very unaccommodating and unfriendly. The internet was extremely unstable, and there was even no internet access for an entire day. The staff claimed it was an issue affecting the whole neighborhood, but all the cafés around the hotel had working Wi-Fi. If you’re planning to work remotely, this is definitely not the place to stay. The dishes provided in the cabinets were not clean. The location is also not ideal, especially if you don’t have a car. Overall, while the apartments look good, the poor service, excessive extra charges, and lack of flexibility make this hotel hard to recommend.
