Really love it hear. An Oasis in the middle of Costa Adeje. Rooms are in good order, clean and the breakfast is good. The location is fantastic with three private Beach clubs. Perfect holiday. Always eat out in the evening but there an on site restaurant and Bar. Nothing too much trouble and staff are very helpful.

Not a great experience, whilst the hotel itself is nice, upon arrival we were given conflicting advice on where and when the all inclusive items were available. The staff in the bar would stand and continue conversations before serving despite customers waiting to be served. Overall the staff in general were very disinterested in the guests. During our stay my handbag was stolen and when reported to reception I was told to go to police station. I asked if the hotel itself could review the CCTV and this was refused and I again was directed to the police station which was a taxi ride away, having had my bag stolen I had no cash to pay for this and after some back and forward eventually the hotel offered to pay for taxis. Whilst at the station I was called by a member of our group who said the bag had been found and we returned to the hotel where they asked us to pay the taxi fare back as they said I had obviously left it in the toilet. Money and perfume had been removed from the bag and the bag had been damaged. I refused to pay and refused to sign a waiver to say I was happy with the outcome as I felt the staff were very dismissive and unhelpful. I asked if the hotel could place a report as there had been a theft on their property and I was told this was a private matter and nothing to do with the hotel. Overall a very poor experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

Run down place, the parking is part of an old dirty shopping mall. Lifts don’t work of course., so have fun carrying the suitcases up the stairs. Place itself is nothing special but for almost 300 euro a night this is a disgrace. Places like this need to be less than 100. Especially with constructions going on. Unfriendly stuff also. And the whole area feels cheap. Bye

The resort is beautiful with great facilities and located right by the beach and promenade. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. The check in process was also very smooth and everyone was very nice to our baby boy. Would return!

Overall not great ,bad points - food is terrible and barley any choice , definitely miss out if your a fussy eater! - staff have no clue how too make cocktails and very cheap alcohol - be prepared too have no aircon in your room! Tried too charge us £300 too get a room with aircon after it was advertised! - Ended up spending a fortune on eating out as the food was that bad with no verity and dry meat - dirty out dated rooms, lots of bugs - some staff were pretty rude - terrible entertainment Good points : - amazing location right on the beach - pool area and overall ascetic of the hotel is nice So overall I don’t recommend this hotel too anyone unless you are prepared too eat out everyday and have a boiling hot dirty room! Overpriced for what you get and not worth the money at all!!!
