Service and food was very poor! Service specially headwaiter was arrogant etc spoil holiday feeling! Terrace was booked one year ahead, if you didint know, you got table some coner or inside anyway - not nice system!! Golf coarce restaurant lunch was something what restaurant never should offef to customers!

One of the best hotels that we have visited in the world. We are not golfers as the majority of guests are but that does not detract from any part of the experience. Many hotels bill themselves as 5 star and are not; Las Madrigueras is a true 5 star establishment. Rooms have fantastic views, with spacious balconies and quality furniture. The whole hotel has shaded seating area throughout. It was 34/35 degrees for most of our stay, so this was a godsend. Restaurant and food quality and choice are superb. The pool is wonderful and never busy, if you like to swim. Finally the staff. Exemplary, friendly, professional and happy. The clientele are mainly well heeled Europeans and British. If you want a quiet, unspoiled break, this is a great choice. Not for everyone but most of the guests have been back here for the last ten years or more. I think they like to keep it a secret... and no wonder!

Was there a few years ago it's a great hotel for adults no kids when we were there so peaceful overlooking the golf course a discount on course plus hote provided free golf carts to anyone who wanted them. Would recommend to any golfers

We have recently returned from our holiday. I must say this hotel is lovely, the rooms, pool and golf were excellent. Really friendly staff and good food. Negatives with this hotel is there was no information in the rooms, meal times and general info about the area etc., also there was a lovely piano bar but unfortunately there was no pianist, so entertainment was not available. As the hotel is located quite away from facilities I think they have missed an opportunity having no evening entertainment.

Just absolutely loved the peace and quiet, staff first class 👌 and nothing is a problem. Went out of way to retrieve an item we lost in a taxi . I just can't rate this hotel as it's definitely 5 stars plus .Food, especially breakfast, was superb, oh another bonus, plenty of sun loungers
