Staff were very helpful & polite. Food was generally good with a great selection. Our room had a nice view of mount teide. However, the carpet was threadbare, fridge was free standing when should have been built in, curtains were stained, & furniture was shabby. The cleaners did there best but room was definitely not 4*

The hotel is dated and desperately needs a makeover. The food is dreadful to be quite honest. Its just lowest common denominator cheap food for families to fuel up on. I have always travelled independently before and this has confirmed my worst fears about booking all inclusive deals, never again.

As you go in the whole blue sea resort looks lovely clean. Staff some what friendly if you spoke there lingo. On arrival we went to bonanza to be given a card and said got to go to sister hotel ok that's fine but we have not information need to have customer service skills with all customers not selective few. Some seemed like they didn't want to be there. As for room very spacious but very dated this is where the resort let's itself down. No kettle in room but we have a fridge. Clean but I read so many reviews about bed bugs I was on edge. Luckily I brought my own bed bug spray. Heard every bang from other guests loud wasn't the word no respect for others Food not alot of choice. Didn't make breakfast as the evening meal was enough. My daughter and I lived of chips and lettuce we also went out. All-inclusive wasn't what it worth the larger good San Miguel but as stated no information on where to get drinks or which bar to use or how to get a coffee there was a bar by the pool but that was limited. Overall if you want something cheap this is the place. Wouldn't be my first choice again

I seriously don’t understand why is this hotel still functional? There are BED BUGS everywhere. We have changed 3 rooms!! This is impossible, the personell from the reception as soon as zi mentiined that there are some insects in our room they seemed to know about the issue and simply transfer us to another room…second room same issue, I saw at night or in the early morning some bugs hiding behind the paintings as I was trying to take a picture or a video of them. We also found one in the bedsheets and we realized we are full of small bites in a row on our entire body. As soon as we explaind this at the reception they simply changed the room. I will make an official complaint as is is not acceptable and, because of the poor quality of the services I am forced to either throw away my belongings and suitcaise as I don’ t want to travel with these bedbugs and bring them home. Terribly dissapointed! They could have at least offered a chemical cleaning of our belongings - not that that will compensate for the pshycological stress..

Horrible experience. BED BUGS everywhere. Poor quality and old furniture. From the first night when we arrived we found bed bugs. We had lots of bites. When I asked to change the room, they gave us a smaller one ( we paid for a superior room with cot bed), and we didn't receive any compensation.
