Pretty decent THREE star hotel. I've been to many 4 and 5 star hotels before so I can easley say this is NOT a 4 star hotel. Location is great. Rooms out dated with chance of cockroacheas! Water in showers dead cold, rooms cold in off season. Food pretty average. Shows just ok. Staff good, some great some poor, attitude changes it all. View amazing on top, but NOT all inclusive. The best feature of the hotel and you can't use your all inclusive, have to pay for drinks! And be prepared to be waken up by a cokcadloodle doo at 6 o clock. Not recommended for the price to pay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Stayed here last year and we had a great time, the staff are also very kind and accommodating. It's also so convenient, as it's only a short downhill walk to restaurant chains and shops such as salons, supermarkets, etc. It's also very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend booking.

I've just come home 🏡 from 10 nights. This hotel is fantastic. The staff go above and beyond. The food is consistently excellent. The atmosphere and facilities are fabulous. I loved every minute I spent there. I WILL BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR but FOR 2 WEEKS because 10 nights wasn't long enough. Thank you all for making my holiday in Puerto de la Cruz the best solo holiday I've ever had. Sara ❤️

Atlantic splash review, Was €25 per adult and $12.50 per child. Entry is from 11am until 6pm. We arrived at 11am at el tope reception and paid we was given red wristbands to wear. When we got In the 2 lads went on there way age 8 and 9. We was thinking it was expensive to get in $75 all in. Me and the wife stayed on the loungers all day and not had to worry about the kids. There's a cocktail menu with around 6 inclusive ones, 4 paid extra ones and 3 non alcoholic ones. Food was good too they say there were snacks but this is food food, chips, nuggets, pasta, pizza, hot dogs, burgers, bacon, pastries, sandwiches, hams and cheeses. Water machine, There's a coffee machine, cheap spirits, soft drinks and slush machine, also small pots of ice cream all including in the price. They are currently building a infiniti pool by the looks of it will be part of the package.

Damaged rooms crawling with ants. The breakfast is not very good and the wifi does not work. The location and the view is excellent.
