We stayed one night at this B&B hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz after exploring the north of tenerife by bicycle. The studio was spacious on two floors with an entrance area where we could put our racing bikes. The staff was very friendly. Since there is no breakfast room they delivered breakfast to our room. In the evening we went out to have great Japanese food at the Hokkaido Restaurant nearby which also deliveres food to the hotel room. Overall very nice place to stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I was very satisfied with my choice! Great location, a modern and very clean hotel also very quiet which was very important for me. A very friendly and warm welcome from Federica, the receptionist lady. I would recommend this hotel especially if you’re a woman and solo traveler. It was very safe and I felt really comfortable staying there!

I am SO incredibly happy I chose to stay here for my time in Tenerife. The location is unbeatable when it comes to both walking to restaurants, groceries, and going about the city. The north has a more relaxed feel which is why I chose it. A car is pretty much a must - and luckily there are a few parking lots nearby. I chose to get my car from the north airport in Tenerife and I'm glad I did. The hotel itself is stunning. Very comfortable beds, the water pressure is ubmatched with the rainfall shower. The shampoo, lotions, soaps, etc., smell so good!!!! The rooftop pool is quaint and special. Between us, it was nice that it was adult only - you could soak in some rest and relaxation - especially when jet lagged! The restaurant recommendations they offer are superb and a stone's throw away from the hotel. Be sure to check out Los Tres Teniques, and get the local fish!

The owner is rude and workers are rude. I never heard of hotel that wants your credit card for warranty although I paid in full. Their owner said: it is your choice you booked through booking.com. Then the question is why do you put your hotel in booking.com on first place. I would stay one mile away from this hotel and their rude behavior.

This is the most wonderful hotel to stay at - it's classy, elegant, relaxing and every aspect of our stay was perfect! It's location is perfect for exploring Santa Cruz and there's lots of amazing places nearby to go out for food and drink. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there's a gorgeous rooftop pool and terrace to use. I have to also give huge thanks to the wonderful Federica on reception who was the most friendly and welcoming person ever! She gave us lots of great tips about the town and where to go and was a genuinely lovely person to talk to! I can't wait to come back and stay again!
