Loved staying in this hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location is amazing and the people working at the reception were very kind and helpful. You can park your car in the garage for €15 per night BUT the garage is very small so probably not a great idea if you're not a confident driver or have a big car.

The staff was friendly and the location is great for walking the city. But the rooms themselves are dated and would benefit from a renovation. Avoid room 01 just behind the reception. We could hear everything going on at the reception, plus the lobby music till late at night.

The hotel itself looks nice, however the quality of the rooms’ furnitures is poor (the back part of the sink dropped water on the floor, the drain was blocked, parquet floor was kind of sticky, room telephone did not work). Hotel garage is only for “small cars”. Some staff is simply local and not trained to work at high standards, not ready to help the client, but rather standoffish (service to the client looks more as an exception than a duty). Long story short: this is not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, especially for people who are starting a cruise trip. However, the rooms are separated by a wall with connecting doors, so you can hear the neighbours all the time, which is not very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel only for one night before or after the cruise. Breakfast was average. The staff were friendly and it is possible to leave your luggage at the hotel.

Pedestrians below are Noisy at night: 2/5 Parking: Hotel has the Tightest, steepest below ground parking lot that I have ever seen. Do NOT park a manual car there: 0/5 Overall: Nice comfortable property in a lively / noisy area with the worst parking I have ever seen. 4.5/5
