Really nice hotel! Staff was so pleasant and very helpful. The beach was gorgeous as well. Rooms are nice but not as polished as a few other places we stayed.

The only thing about this hotel that is 5 stars is the price point. Very bad sewage smell in the hotel. Poor breakfast, bad cleaning and bad maintenance. The worst part is their own beach club under the rooms. Absolutely no sleep until 3 am every day and if you want to sleep in after the room can not be darkened as for the skylight windows. You can buy earplugs but the room is still vibrating from the thumping bass. The sunk-in terrace table is just dumb as you can not see the view. The pool id dirty and falling apart. No shade on the terrace. The beach is nice and there is good service but it is crowded as they squeezed as much lounges they possibly could. Transportation to Mykonos town is overcrowded and it is not easy getting a taxi. All in all to be avoided.

This isn’t a 5 Star hotel; more 2/3 star, the stars are solely for the views which are beautiful. The rooms need a complete re-grout & freshen up. Fixtures are hanging off the wall & the concrete bath was stained, chipped and silicone/filler was completely black, which was temporarily fixed but not 5star standard. No fresh bottles of water everyday in the room, only 1 large bottle when we got here to last us 5 days, again not very 5star. Breakfast is awful, very limited - few pieces of fruit & cold meats with bread. However the views are lovely. The pools above breakfast leak into the breakfast seating area. The beach is lovely & beach service is great. Beds are very close together. Lots of building work surround the hotel which again is fine but at least let the price reflect these faults. After 12pm the kitchen/room service close, unable to get a bottle of water or even a biscuit and absolutely no shops in walking distance. The beach plays loud music which is great for a lively day but the hotel next door also play a loud different playlist which after 1hour sends you absolutely mental. Same cheesy awful playlist every night. Not a 5star ambiance The more I think about it the more I can’t believe what we’ve paid for 5 days here.

We arrived last week! We received an email information that we need to bring the same card that we did the booking! We did and it was an AMEX! As we arrived, the stuff( no Greek stuff) they mentioned that we need to pay either cash or only debit! They created a bad atmosphere and they treaded as if we were thiefs. They keep calling us to pay plus there was a difficult to find an ATM at that spot and find 4K Euro! Cleaning stuff was friendly but there was not enough amenities! Sea view was great but there was a party always until 4 am! Pool was very dirty and we basically needed to beg to clean them! It is not a 5 star hotel! It is a 4 star! I would not recommend to anyone!

They stole our money. We booked this hotel for a week but unfortunately the 2020 pandemic hit and we were unable to go. We were promised a refund but never got it and they simply stopped responding to our emails. Do not support these crooks.
