Amazing hotel. Everything is perfect about this place: the staff, the location, the bar, the pool, the rooms, the breakfast service, the view. It is perfect. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. When we first checked in, the lady at the front desk gave us an in-depth walk through with a map of Mykonos. Niko the bartender is awesome. Checkout was smooth and I can't wait to go back.

Wish we had read the reviews before booking. Our room was so small, we didn't even know where to put our luggage. We stayed in 105. Felt like we were staying in a dungeon because we had no windows! Correction: we had FAKE windows. I didn't even know if it was night or day. We woke up late and tired every morning because there was no natural light. The included breakfast was the same thing everyday: baloney, cheese, and bread. OH AND LETS NOT FORGET! THEY CHARGED US A $2,000 NO SHOW FEE when we were obviously there. So disappointed in this hotel. If you're flying all the way to Greece, I recommend you find a better hotel. Not even worth the price.

The hotel is really nice with a very nice vibe. The staff is super helpful and always smiling and accommodating. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasurable. The beds are very comfortable and rooms very clean. There is a great sunset view from the hotel and the best way to experience it is from the pool bar. The pool area is small but it was never getting too crowded, so the beds were always available. The only thing that could be improved is breakfasts - they are being served directly in the room (I’m assuming due to covid) and the selection is quite small, especially if you have dietary restrictions. Overall we had a great stay.

Never take the time for reviews but this one was worth my time. With that said, DON’T stay here!! Constant issues with A/C not working and ice cold hot tub. Upgraded for hot tub which we were unable to use during stay. Basically money wasted because the ‘illusive’ manager was supposed to get back to us about reimbursing for upgrade with no response. There are plenty of nice places to stay. Avoid this run down place with no concern that you get what you paid for.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mykonos. Amazing staff. So friendly, so nice, did everything they could to help us. Called taxi for us when we needed, my luggage got lost at airport and Paola (receptionist, lovely lady) helped us call to retrieve it and organized someone from the airport to drop it off. Our room was simply beautiful, spotless clean and the view was phenomenal. Opened right up to the pool. We got room 102, it was great. Nico from the bar was very kind, friendly and heavy handed on the drinks. Had great conversation with him. I read some of the reviews and am genuinely confused how anyone could have had a bad experience… I’m wondering if we stayed at the same hotel. I guess you get what you give, if you’re kind to people they will be kind back? I have no complaints whatsoever. They cleaned the room every day. Pool was gorgeous. Beds comfortable. Cleaning ladies were nice. Everyone on the property, and I mean everyone, was so sweet to us. Everyone at the front desk was great whenever Paola wasn’t there. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from a Mini Mart and a 10-15 minute walk from Mykonos town. Location was great everything was great.
